Delete your Prismoy data
Last updated October 4, 2026
Prismoy is built so that there is almost nothing to delete: your photo and your color analysis live on your own phone and are never uploaded. This page covers both halves anyway — the part you can erase yourself in one tap, and the small amount we hold.
Open Prismoy and tap Profile → Delete all my data. That erases everything the app has stored, immediately and permanently. To remove the little we hold off your device, email support@prismoy.com.
1. Delete everything on your device
- Open Prismoy.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete all my data.
- Confirm. The app erases everything at once and returns to the first-run screen.
Uninstalling Prismoy removes the same data. Nothing survives either action, and neither needs an account, a request, or a reply from us.
2. Ask us to delete what we hold
Email support@prismoy.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Prismoy has no accounts, so there is no username to look you up by — please include the first name you entered in the app and roughly when you installed or purchased, so we can find the right record. We action every request within 30 days and write back to confirm.
What is deleted
| Data | Where it lives | How it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Your scan photo and its thumbnail | Your phone only | Profile → Delete all my data, or uninstall |
| Your color analysis, season and palette | Your phone only | Profile → Delete all my data, or uninstall |
| The first name you entered | Your phone, and RevenueCat | In-app for the phone copy; email us for the rest |
| Saved checks, Studio sessions, settings | Your phone only | Profile → Delete all my data, or uninstall |
| Usage events and crash reports (Firebase) | Google Firebase | Email us |
| Season, scan confidence and feature counters (RevenueCat) | RevenueCat | Email us |
What is kept, and why
| Data | Why it is kept | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your purchase record | It is a financial record we are required to retain, and it is what lets “Restore purchases” give you back what you paid for on a new phone. Deleting it would mean you could not restore. | As required by tax and accounting law in our jurisdiction |
| Anonymous, aggregated analytics | Counts that are not linked to you or to any identifier — how many people reached a screen, for example. There is nothing in them to trace back to a person. | Indefinitely, in aggregate form only |
Google Play holds its own record of any transaction, which is outside our control. See Google Play’s own help for that.
